Everything was good, including wonderfully friendly and gentle staff with the services of this hotel and all the personel. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a great view. It had a tasteful interior.

straightforward low budget hotel, worth its 3 stars. neat, new-fashioned room, really helpful staff at a staff member arguing. location close enough to the bus station and transport and restaurants and roma termini. nearby roadhouse grill - great place to chill out. my favorite property in rome.

it was clean. no noise.perfect if you have older children and only want to sleep in the room.right beside the train station which was great for getting around.

there was no point having furniture in the family room. the beds took up every inch of space. however it was very good value.

had an amazing long weekend in Rome and Mirage was the perfect choice! The location near Termini Station was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. The breakfast spread was impressive and kept us fueled for the day. Highly recommended!

Noisy room.

The location was the best part of this hotel. It was directly across from the train station and you could go 2 steps in any direction and run into a dozen different restaurants.

We didnt get the room we expected. We booked for a double bed with 2 twin beds and got 4 twin beds. The shower was broken and if you turned it on you flooded the bathroom. I asked for an extra pillow and was given blankets to use. Breakfast had nothing kid friendly. Cleaning crew was not thorough, they left personal items in the room and even left the room door open. The lights were difficult. You either had to turn them all on or all off...this made it difficult at night.

After staying at many hotels during our Europe tour. This hotel Mirage & Halifax was a disaster. Only good thing about this place is it is very close to the main station.

Lift horrible. getting the luggage is a pain. Hot water not confirmed. Entry system , locking door is a pain. Reception, Breakfast in different buildings..

great location near the main station, airport bus drop-offs, and shops. The breakfast buffet and staff were wonderful. The room was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and all amenities working perfectly. A perfect base for exploring Rome and traveling to and from the airports.

Radiator didn't warm the room sufficiently.

this hotel is close to bus stations, railway station, undergroundstation, not far from center. in the room there are all necessary accessories. Breakfast is ok.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the location was fantastic - right opposite the train station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, with a new mattress on the bed and air conditioning to keep me cool in the summer heat. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. In the morning, I enjoyed a simple but satisfying breakfast, which was a nice way to start the day. for the price I paid, I was impressed with the value for money and attention to detail.

Conveniently located in the centre, but next to the train station (so, not much too expect, as in all such city centres) - very friendly and helpful staff

the whole place could do with some maintenance & more cleanliness (the lift cage was filthy) - the breakfast was OK & plentiful the first day, much more basic the second (probably passed just after a group!)
